Terrific batik fabric with rich border print in a terrific Indonesian style, likely made in India in the 1960s or 70s. This large rectangular tablecloth is tomato red with tan, black, and offwhite batik print. Highly detailed borders show birds, leaves, and flourishes with a Polynesian feel, made in the 1960s or 70s.

Measures 41.25 inches long x 66 inches wide. Border wording says " ART 100% COTTON BATIK 2220980 No 64".

This large cotton panel is fresh feeling and freshly washed, but has multiple noticeable beige and brown marks toward the center. Best used as scrap for a project, or for carefree use as a tablecloth. Has selvedge edges as well as hand-sewn hems.
