Victorian doll's umbrella in black cotton with a smooth wooden handle, very petite in a miniature size. It's seven panels with a metal frame, unfortunately as is, ideal for display or possibly restoration. Late 1800s to early 1900s.

Shows its age, best for display or perhaps restoration, has four small holes in random places, an obvious 4-inch tear to one panel, two of the metal tips have lost their join to the cotton, the metal frame has rusted to about 50% of the interior spokes and less so to the rest of the frame, obvious white scuffs to five of the panels
