$ 189.99
Authentic antique cape from the turn of the century! This late Victorian capelet is a picturesque design in silk satin with a tall chiffon ruff at the neckline, above an artful forked collar of beaded & beribboned finery. The cropped-length cape has deeply pleated satin ribbon bands at the closure, and matching poufs of chiffon ruffles around the broad curved hem. It's lined in a gorgeous pattern of crescent moons chartreuse brocade. Made in the late 1890s or early 1900s.
