Beautiful 1950s black cocktail dress with a Marilyn appeal! This crepe hourglass has a flattering broad V-neck with swirls of faux beads framing the neckline, and dotting the entire silhouette in luminous black half-spheres. It's short sleeved with beaded fringe loops to the sleeves and neck, and a classic swag at right waist in rich ruching. Never worn 50s deadstock without tags.

Condition Detail
Unworn, the hues of the sleeve fabric and swag fabric are just barely different than the main crepe of the dress, this is hard to perceive at all; the stippled half-sphere faux beads are applied in a specifically engineered way, so that there's a bit of "empty" space without faux beads along the side seams and darts, this is intentional and not a flaw, allows for custom tailoring if needed
