Gorgeous 1970s cocktail dress from Lilli Diamond! This periwinkle blue cocktail dress has a terraced effect with two tiered hems, and long unfitted sleeves with posh marabou feather cuffs. The dress is essentially two layers due to its hem design, great for cool evenings. Original self tie belt included.
