This posh style feels couture! It has the svelte grandeur of a pageant gown, all hand-beaded with lavish dimensional appliques to the decollete` neckline and slender hem. It has a very sheer modesty panel to the neck, and padded shoulders with more flowers to the top of the tapered 3/4-length sleeves. It's gently fitted with a nip to the waist and a rounded hip, slit at center back to the lower thigh. Fully lined; the sleeves close with silk-covered snaps.
