This 1990s floral dress has 40s inspired details, made many decades later with a nod to nostalgia. It's a short sleeved fit & flare shirt-dress design with a sweetheart neckline, many-buttoned front closure, and its original tall buckle-front belt. Has a full flared skirt with pleats in front and an elasticized back waist. Has shoulder pads, invisible pockets in the skirt, and a great retro appeal!
