This cap-sleeved 1990s frock has a fluttery ruffle neckline to the V-neck, with gathers under the bust and a corset-like shaped waist with double-breasted buttons. Has a full flared skirt with pleats across the front and an elasticized back waist.

Feels unworn and essentially mint, the lower front skirt has a single brown liquid dot about 1/2-inch and hard to find at all on this dense floral

Dry clean (according to the label); it is possible this dress could be hand washed in warm water, but we have not tested it
